Changing your life, even part of it, can be a traumatic or stressful occasion. If it was easy you would have done it without any help. During your time with your Navigator they will be with you every step of the way.
It is important for us to have a full understanding of your medical background and life-style. From there we can explore the issues that you feel need addressing in order to gain more insight into why you feel there may be a problem.
These issues are mapped onto your gameboards so that future possibilities can be explored. Not all options will turn out to be viable but it gives you the chance to step back at look at things from a different viewpoint. All the information remains with you and is not retained by anyone else.
If the issues are relationships then we may ask to interview all parties together at some point. Generally this will not happen without consent or until you are strong enough to deal with the changes.
An assessment is made in order to prioritise your session so that you feel the maximum benefit from your treatment.
Little steps make up big journeys so you will be asked to undertake 'homework' in order to further facilitate the actions of the Navigator session
